Consultant HR

Privatisation Commission has advertised a post of Consultant HR.

• Support implementation of approved HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate recruitment, shortlisting, interview scheduling and documentation
• Maintain employee records for attendance, leave, contracts and training
• Facilitate onboarding, induction and orientation programs
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance section
• Assist in performance appraisal, training coordination and HR reporting

• Master's - Masters in HR-related field, in Business Administration, recognised by HEC
• Masters in an HR-related field from an HEC-recognised university.
• International qualifications/experience preferred

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• 10 years experience in talent management, compensation and benefits, training and organisational development, and HR policy

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 6 Sept 2026.
