About this vacancy
Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field from an HEC-recognised university, or CPA, FCMA, FCA, FCCA, CIMA or CFA.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage approved privatization transactions end-to-end
- Collect, analyze and assess data on assigned entities/assets
- Conduct preliminary due diligence and prepare analytical reports
- Develop transaction execution strategies and structures
- Prepare Information Memorandums, bidding documents, SPAs and JVAs
- Review Financial Advisor deliverables and track milestones
Eligibility criteria
- Master's - MBA, MA Economics, MA Finance, CPA, FCMA, FCA, FCCA, CIMA, CFA, in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, recognised by HEC
- International qualifications/experience preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- 10 years experience in insurance industry, financial sector, mergers & acquisitions or regulatory affairs
