Law graduate from an HEC-recognized university, preferably specialized in contract and corporate law. LL.M. and bar-at-law preferred. Remuneration benchmarked at MP-I.

• Provide legal oversight of all privatization transactions
• Ensure legal due diligence and regulatory compliance
• Manage and oversee litigation involving the Commission
• Draft, review and negotiate SPAs, concession agreements and PPP contracts
• Supervise external legal advisors
• Advise senior management on legal and governance issues

• Bachelor's - LLB, LLM, in Law, recognised by HEC
• Law graduate from HEC-recognized university
• LL.M. and bar-at-law preferred
• Valid license to practice in Supreme Court or High Court of Pakistan

• Required experience: At least 12 years
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in corporate law, public sector legal matters, commercial agreements, divestments, mergers & acquisitions, privatization and corporate/commercial litigation

• All candidates: 18 – 62 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 6 Sept 2026.
