Dean / Director QEC

National Textile University (NTU) is hiring a Dean / Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at its Faisalabad campus on lump sum contract equivalent to scale 21. Candidates must fulfil HEC's criteria for Professor, including a Ph.D. in the relevant field and 15 research publications in HEC recognized journals.

• PhD - Ph.D., recognised by HEC
• Must fulfil HEC's criteria for Professor i.e. Ph.D. degree in relevant field recognized by HEC
• 15 years teaching/research experience OR 15 years professional experience including 5 years teaching OR 10 years post-PhD teaching/research experience
• 15 research publications with at least 5 in the last five years in HEC recognized journals
• In-service applicants must apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their current employer

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• 15 years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/College/University or National/International organization OR 15 years professional experience in the relevant field of which 5 years must be teaching experience OR 10 years post-PhD teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University, post-graduate Institution or professional organization. Candidates having experience of QEC will be preferred
• Experience accepted from: Recognized Institution, College, University, National or International Organization

• All candidates: 40 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 12 Nov 2026.
