Eligibility criteria
- Certificate Of Competency - Certificate of Competency, Certificate of Service as Master of Foreign-going ship, First Class Engineer Certificate
- Certificate of Competency or Certificate of service as Master of Foreign-going ship or as First Class Engineer
- At least Five (5) years post qualification experience of Command or as Chief Engineer of ships
- At least Five (5) years post qualification experience of organizing training in training ships and training establishment
