Deputy Director

NAVTTC requires Deputy Directors (BPS-18) for HQ and Regional/Sub Offices including GB/AJK and anywhere in Pakistan. Post to be filled on deputation basis; only regular civil servants in the same scale are eligible. Selected candidates join at NAVTTC HQ Islamabad and may be posted anywhere in Pakistan. No TA/DA for interview.

• Administration, management and financial management
• Planning, budgeting and resource management
• Project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
• Organizational coordination and operations
• Preparation of briefs, summaries and reports
• Handling international cooperation matters

• Federal and Provincial Cadre or Ex-Cadre Officers (preferably Secretariat, Directorates, P&D, Audit and Accounts)
• Provincial Management/Service Cadre Officers
• Must be a regular public/civil servant in Federal/Provincial Government or Autonomous Body in the same scale
• Contract, project-based or Tenure Track System employees not eligible
• Departmental NOC required at interview

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Experience in administration, management and financial management (planning, budgeting, resource management, financial oversight); project management (planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination, evaluation); organizational management and administration/operations; preparation of briefs, summaries, reports; handling international cooperation with international organizations. Education/TVET sector experience preferred.
• Experience accepted from: Federal Cadre Officers, Provincial Cadre Officers, Ex-Cadre Officers, Secretariat, Directorates, P&D, Audit and Accounts, Provincial Management/Service Cadre

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 11 Oct 2026.
