• Master - MSc Urban Planning, MSc Transport Planning, MSc Transport Engineering, BSc Transport Engineering, in Urban Planning / Transport Planning / Transport Engineering, recognised by HEC
• MSc (Second Division) in Urban Planning, Transport Planning or Transport Engineering from an HEC recognized university with three years relevant experience
• Or BSc (Second Division) in Transport Engineering from an HEC recognized university with five years relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Three years experience in Transport Planning or Transport Engineering from a public or private sector organization with an MSc, or five years such experience with a BSc in Transport Engineering. Only practical experience acquired after the prescribed qualification is considered.
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector, Private Sector

• Male: 25 – 30 years (+5 years relaxation)
