• Master - Master's Degree, in Any Discipline, recognised by Recognized University
• Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized university with 60 percent marks and five years experience of academic or administration
• Or Master's degree with 45 percent marks and seven years such experience
• Condition of 60 percent marks is waived in case of higher qualification

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Five years experience of academic or administration preferably in Management Information System with 60 percent marks, or seven years such experience with 45 percent marks. Only practical and administrative experience acquired after the prescribed qualification is considered.

• Male: 22 – 40 years (+5 years relaxation)
• Female: 22 – 40 years (+8 years relaxation)
• Transgender: 22 – 40 years (+5 years relaxation)
