Development Specialist

The Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online applications from self-motivated, energetic and result oriented candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including the Newly Merged Districts, for appointment in the Project Coordination & Monitoring Unit (PCMU) established under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan (ADP project). This post is Development Specialist with a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 200,000. The appointment is purely on fixed pay basis initially for a period of six (06) months from the date of joining, or until completion of the project or winding up of the PCMU, whichever is earlier. The posts are project posts and will stand abolished automatically on completion of the project or winding up of the PCMU. A lump sum pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy. Errors and omissions are subject to rectification. The advertisement does not specify the number of posts for this position. • Coordinate the roll-out and periodic refinement of the integrated Master Action Plan

• At least 7 years relevant professional experience in development planning, project formulation, appraisal, implementation, monitoring or coordination, preferably in public-sector development projects or programmes.

No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal or courier means.
