• Develop and maintain GIGP's sector-targeting analytical foundation producing sector and project profiles for Punjab's priority sectors
• Build and publish quarterly cost-to-invest comparison models for Punjab versus competitor jurisdictions
• Maintain liaison with international and local research houses, firms, academics, universities and research centres
• Operationalize the policy advocacy loop converting investor feedback and primary research into quarterly policy reform briefs
• Manage the Sector Working Group Secretariat convening sector-specific working groups with departments, associations and investors
• Produce GIGP's flagship publications including the annual State of Investment in Punjab report and a quarterly competitiveness monitor
• Build and maintain an investment data infrastructure comprising a foreign investment registry, regulatory reform tracker and competitiveness dashboard
• Engage with international benchmarking organisations including the World Bank, WEF, UNCTAD and OECD
• Any other tasks assigned by the Secretary GIGP

• Master - Ph.D. or Masters in Economics, MBA, Finance, Accounting, Development Economics, in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Economic Development, recognised by HEC
• Ph.D. or Masters in Economics, or MBA, Finance, Accounting or Development Economics from an HEC recognized Institution (preference to globally recognized institutions)
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience for Ph.D or 15 years for Masters degree in economic and business research, policy analysis or investment climate advisory

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience for Ph.D (or 15 years for Masters degree) in economic and business research, policy analysis or investment climate advisory
