• Lead strategic planning and operational management of Punjab's SEZ portfolio aligned with priority sectors
• Establish and maintain a digitized land bank and zone inventory system capturing plot availability, infrastructure status, utility connections, pricing, incentives and occupancy
• Coordinate with PIEDMC, FIEDMC and provincial industrial estate authorities to assess and improve site readiness
• Manage GIGP's interface with the federal BOI and SEZA on admission protocols, zone notification, incentive approvals and regulatory compliance under the SEZ Act 2012
• Drive investor attraction to Punjab's SEZs through zone-specific prospectuses and site visits
• Design and implement streamlined land allocation procedures
• Develop policy frameworks for SEZ operations including governance standards, enterprise registration and zone-level SLAs
• Promote zone-specific incentives and benchmark Punjab's SEZ offerings against regional competitors
• Any other tasks assigned by the Secretary GIGP

• Master - Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy, Real Estate Development, in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering/Sciences, Public Policy, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, recognised by HEC
• Masters degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy or Real Estate Development from an HEC recognized Institution (preference to globally recognized institutions)
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in SEZ management, industrial estate development or infrastructure planning for industries

• Required experience: At least 10 years
