District Social Protection Coordinator/Head (Preferably Female)

Contract position under the Project Management & Implementation Unit, Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh, established under Sindh Social Protection Authority, Social Protection Department, Government of Sindh. Project assisted by the World Bank through IDA Loan/Credit No. IDA/7229-PK. Recruitment is purely on contract basis and positions will be filled as per World Bank guidelines. Preference will be given to Sindh domicile holders. One vacancy each in the districts of Dadu, Jamshoro, Kashmore, Larkana, Sanghar, Naushahro Feroze, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur. Female candidates preferred. The recruitment is conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) on behalf of Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA).

• Bachelor's - 16 Years Education in Social Sciences / Economics / Development Studies / Public or Business Administration, in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Social Science, Economics, Development Studies, Public/Business Administration or related field from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public/private sector demonstrating implementation at field level
• Experience developing and implementing field operations including supervision and monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command on MS Office

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum five years of post-qualification experience in public/private sector with provincial, national or international organizations with evidence of implementation at field level
