• Bachelor|Master - MSc Engineering, BSc Engineering, in Civil Engineering, recognised by Pakistan Engineering Council
• MSc Engineering in the relevant discipline with at least 7 years experience in the relevant field
• OR BSc Engineering in the relevant discipline with at least 10 years experience in the relevant field
• Registered as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council
• Open to Male candidates.

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• At least 7 years experience in the relevant field with MSc Engineering, or at least 10 years experience in the relevant field with BSc Engineering. Only practical experience acquired after the prescribed qualification shall be considered. Experience in private entities shall be accepted if the entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other regulatory authority.

• Male: 26 – 38 years (+5 years relaxation)
