Head of Internal Audit

Head of Internal Audit at PNSC, responsible for the internal audit function, the annual audit plan and reporting to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

• Ensure compliance with sound internal auditing principles and best practices and seek guidance from standards issued by international standard setting bodies
• Ensure due professional care in carrying out audit assignments and maintain integrity and objectivity
• Formulate an annual audit plan in consultation with the Audit Committee and maintain an Audit Universe covering the main auditable units and Risk Assessment Criteria
• Implement the annual audit plan along with special tasks or projects entrusted by the Board of Directors, Audit Committee or Chairman PNSC
• Render reports on audit findings and conclusions to the concerned departments and divisions
• Submit periodic reports
• Investigate suspected fraudulent activities
• Provide consulting services when authorized
• Coordinate with external auditors

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in internal audit
