Legal Officer

Initial recruitment through Balochistan Public Service Commission under Consolidated Advertisement No. 07/2026. Upper age limit includes 3 years general relaxation for fresh candidates including persons with disabilities and legal heirs of Shaheed; government servants with 2 years continuous regular service may be relaxed up to 50 years. Application fee Rs. 800 (BPS-17) deposited online via generic PSID through 1Link banking channels. The recruitment is conducted by Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) on behalf of Transport Department, Balochistan.

• Bachelor's - LL.B, in Law, recognised by Balochistan Bar Council
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) at least 2nd Division from a recognized University
• Valid registration with Balochistan Bar Council

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• At least 3 years experience as a practicing advocate

• All candidates: 21 – 28 years (+3 years relaxation)
• Age is counted on the closing date, 14 Oct 2026.
• The upper limit already includes the general age relaxation of 3 years; it is not added again.
• Government servants (2 years continuous regular service): up to the age of 50.
• Further relaxation as per government rules.

An upper limit of 31 years means you must not have reached that age on the date age is counted. A relaxation applies only to the candidates the advertisement names, with the proof it asks for.
