About this vacancy
Management Associate - Program Design at the Punjab Skills Development Fund, supporting application coordination, data management and stakeholder liaison for PSDF programmes.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including training providers and implementation partners to support effective programme execution
- Assist in the refinement and improvement of programme processes, policies, operational guidelines and service delivery mechanisms based on stakeholder feedback and implementation learnings
- Support the preparation of concept notes, presentations, meeting minutes, reports, briefs and other programme-related documentation
- Develop Terms of Reference and assist the AM Program Design in initiatives and outsourcing of tasks to third parties
- Liaise with internal and external partners regarding R&D and other segment analysis
- Assist the AM Program Design in any other activities, duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Management or Social Sciences, in Management, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Required skills: conflict resolution, customer service, data analysis, research
- Required tools: MS Office
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 1 year
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Development Sector Organizations
