Senior Program Manager (Implementation & Operations) at the Punjab Information Technology Board, leading implementation and operations of the fiberization project.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead overall implementation and operations of the fiberization project and execution of annual work plans
- Oversee development and execution of the Fiberization Plan and rollout strategy
- Lead technical evaluation of ISP proposals and deployment plans
- Ensure adherence to technical standards, rollout targets and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate with telecom operators, ISPs, local governments and regulatory bodies
- Liaise with internal departments, government bodies and external stakeholders for operational matters
- Facilitate inter-departmental coordination to resolve operational issues
- Supervise subsidy implementation, deployment monitoring and reporting
- Review progress against KPIs and address implementation bottlenecks
- Lead investor engagement activities and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare progress reports and implementation updates for the Project Director
- Monitor operational progress and prepare reports, dashboards and updates for senior management
- Ensure compliance with project governance and operational procedures
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
