Senior Programme Manager (M&E) Procurement & Contracts at the Punjab Information Technology Board, leading the Global IT Products' Skill Enhance Program.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead overall planning, implementation and management of the Global IT Products' Skill Enhance Program in line with the approved PC-1
- Establish programme governance mechanisms including work-plans, reporting frameworks, risk management and coordination structures
- Coordinate with the Planning & Development Department, line departments, partner organisations, education authorities and training partners
- Supervise procurement coordination for training partners and consultants including TOR preparation and technical evaluations
- Coordinate with training partners for development and conduct of screening tests and final nominations of selected candidates
- Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of programme outputs and outcomes
- Manage budget execution, financial tracking and compliance with applicable government rules
- Ensure quality assurance of training delivery, certification and post-training follow up
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Project Management, Management Information System, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
