Senior Programme Officer (IT Skills Training)

Senior Programme Officer at the Punjab Information Technology Board, supporting planning and delivery of IT skills training programmes.

• Support planning and implementation of programme activities in line with approved work-plans and timelines
• Coordinate with training partners for participant nominations, batch planning and training schedules
• Manage training logistics including coordination with training partners, venues, virtual platforms and materials
• Maintain programme documentation including correspondence, approvals, attendance records and training reports
• Assist in coordination with training partners for screening tests and final nominations of selected candidates
• Support procurement processes by assisting in TOR drafting, documentation and coordination with vendors
• Collect, compile and analyse monitoring data including participant feedback and completion statistics
• Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards and presentations for management and the Steering Committee
• Assist in coordination of third-party evaluations and quality assurance activities

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Project Management, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 3 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
