About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Manager AI & Analytics Engineering in its Data Analytics & AI Division (Digital Banking Group), Band-9 to Band-7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise data architecture roadmap
- Design logical and physical data models for structured and unstructured data
- Establish data domain ownership, metadata management and data lineage
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as vector databases, streaming and graph DBs
- Oversee scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Spark and Kafka
- Ensure data quality, observability and SLA adherence
- Drive cost optimization of data storage and compute
- Enforce data retention, encryption and anonymization standards with Legal and InfoSec
- Establish data cataloging, stewardship and master data management
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university
Experience required
- Required experience: 4 – 7 years
- Minimum 04 to 07 years of banking/non-banking experience; preference for 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
