Manager Collection & Recovery - GoPb

The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Manager Collection & Recovery - GoPb in its Collection & Recovery Division (Digital Banking Group), Band-9 to Band-7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. • Monitor daily staff performance and guide team towards daily targets
• Monitor delinquency and targets on weekly and monthly basis
• Manage productivity and delinquencies and prepare trend MIS
• Maintain daily collection MIS for self and team
• Call and visit problematic customers to recover overdue payments
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with Service Quality, Operations, Credit and Legal
• Record and report performance of collection officers and supervisors

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, recognised by HEC
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
• Preference for Master's degree holders

• Required experience: 4 – 7 years
• Minimum 04 to 07 years of banking experience; preference for 02 years of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Banking

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 15 Oct 2026.
