M&E Officer (Female)

Contract position under the Project Management & Implementation Unit, Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh, established under Sindh Social Protection Authority, Social Protection Department, Government of Sindh. Project assisted by the World Bank through IDA Loan/Credit No. IDA/7229-PK. Recruitment is purely on contract basis and positions will be filled as per World Bank guidelines. Preference will be given to Sindh domicile holders. One vacancy each in the districts of Badin, Dadu, Jacobabad, Jamshoro, Kambar, Kashmore, Khairpur, Larkana, Matiari, Naushahro Feroze, Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Shikarpur, Sujawal, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tharparkar, Thatta, Umerkot. Equivalent foreign qualification from an accredited institution and advanced certificate in M&E, statistics or economics shall be accorded due weightage. The recruitment is conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) on behalf of Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA).

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics / Demographics / Economics, in Mathematics, Economics, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Demographics, Economics or related field from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in monitoring/evaluation of social protection or poverty alleviation programs
• Demonstrated experience developing logical framework sampling design
• Experience conducting assessments and surveys
• Data quality assessment and oversight
• Experience managing and providing training to partners
• Open to Female candidates.
