Office Assistant

Contract-basis position under PSDP funded development project of HEC. Salary is all inclusive. Experience means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification. 05 years general age relaxation already included. Govt servants must apply through proper channel. Part-time, honorary, apprentice and internee experience not considered. Only Pakistani nationals eligible. No TA/DA for test/interview.

• Bachelor's - Graduation (14 years), recognised by HEC
• Graduation (14 years) from HEC recognized University/Institution
• At least 2nd Division
• Advance use of MS Office

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• Two (02) years work experience in public/private sector organization of good repute
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector, Private Sector

• All candidates: 18 – 40 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 14 Oct 2026.
• The upper limit already includes the general age relaxation of 5 years; it is not added again.

An upper limit of 40 years means you must not have reached that age on the date age is counted. A relaxation applies only to the candidates the advertisement names, with the proof it asks for.
