PHC Technician (MCH) / Lady Health Visitor

Online applications are invited from suitable candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following paramedical posts under the administration of the District Health Office, Kurram (Parachinar). Preference will be given to candidates holding domicile of District Kurram (Upper); however, in case of non-availability of local candidates, candidates from adjoining districts will also be considered subject to fulfilment of all codal formalities. Quota is reserved as 10 percent for women candidates, 2 percent for disabled persons and 0.5 percent for minority candidates. The number of posts may increase or decrease at the time of interview or appointment depending on the availability of posts. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of District Health Office, Kurram (Parachinar).

• Matric or Diploma - Secondary School Certificate (Science), LHV Diploma, Midwifery Diploma, in Nursing, recognised by Recognized Board / Recognized Nursing Examination Board / Pakistan Nursing Council
• Secondary School Certificate in Science with at least Second Division from a recognized Board
• Valid registration as LHV with the Pakistan Nursing Council
• Preference will be given to candidates holding domicile of District Kurram (Upper); candidates of adjoining districts may be considered if local candidates are not available
• Candidates must be eligible in all respects before the last date of receipt of applications
• Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel
• Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and separate fee for each post
• Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents or information will be rejected at any stage
• No TA/DA will be given for test or interview

• No prior experience is required for this post.

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test on the basis of the information provided in the CV. The appointing authority will carry out detailed scrutiny and a candidate found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process will be declared ineligible. Screening of candidates will be based on the test prescribed and conducted by ETEA. Call letters for interview will be issued to shortlisted candidates only. All related information will be displayed on the notice board of the DHO Office, Kurram at Parachinar. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip and no separate call letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.
