Vacancies are advertised separately by each province and region, and most posts require the domicile of the province advertising them. Start with the region whose domicile you hold.
Nothing is open in these right now. The advertisements are kept because their eligibility criteria, test dates and results are still what people look for.
Pakistan recruits into the public sector at two levels. Federal ministries, divisions, autonomous bodies and the armed forces recruit nationally - usually through the Federal Public Service Commission or directly - and allocate seats across the provinces and regions under a quota. Each province recruits separately for its own departments, through its own public service commission or its own testing arrangements, and those posts are normally open only to holders of that province's domicile.
The domicile certificate is therefore the first thing to check, not the last. It names a district as well as a province, and district quotas are applied widely: in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the merged districts of the former FATA carry their own allocation, in Sindh and Balochistan a rural and urban split applies, and several Punjab cadres recruit district by district. The seats you are actually competing for can be decided entirely by what that certificate says.
Age limits, relaxations, and quotas reserved for women, minorities, disabled candidates and the children of serving employees are set by each government under its own rules, so the same job title can carry different conditions in two provinces. Read the conditions printed on the advertisement for the exact post - never the ones you remember from another province or an earlier year.
