Receptionist

Receptionist for the Enhancing Institutional Effectiveness of Planning & Development Board project.

• Receive and direct visitors and handle front desk enquiries
• Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
• Maintain visitor records, correspondence and appointment schedules
• Provide general office support using MS Office applications

• Bachelor's - Bachelors (14 Years) - Graduation from an HEC recognized university, in Any Discipline, recognised by HEC
• Experience with computers and MS Office; knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages preferred

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum three years proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role in public or private sector
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 22 – 45 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 19 Oct 2026.
