About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Regional Head - Learning Centre in its Learning & Development Division (Human Resources Group), Band-7 to Band-6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Support execution of the in-house training calendar
- Contribute to design and development of course content and training material as trainer or SME
- Review training content, assessments and delivery approaches
- Ensure professional conduct within the Learning Centre
- Ensure delivery of learning objectives and desired outcomes
- Maintain training MIS and delivery reports
- Upskill faculty members and trainers on latest banking developments
- Enhance learning culture aligned to technical competency framework
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university
- Relevant certifications, training or diplomas are a distinct advantage
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- Minimum 07 years of relevant banking/non-banking experience; relevant certifications, training or diplomas are an advantage
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 50 years
