School Counsellor

School Counsellor at the Maryam Nawaz School and Resource Centre for Autism, Lahore, providing counselling support to children with special educational needs.

• Provide individual and group counselling to children with special educational needs
• Assess behavioural, emotional and social needs and prepare support plans
• Support teachers in managing behaviour and classroom inclusion strategies
• Counsel and guide parents on managing behaviour and development at home
• Maintain confidential counselling records and progress notes
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary case reviews at the centre

• Bachelor's or Master's - BS in Applied Psychology, Behaviour Psychology or Educational Psychology, recognised by HEC

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• 05 years' experience of counselling children with special educational needs (SEN)
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 25 – 40 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 6 Nov 2026.
