Senior Manager - Product (Core Cards)

The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Senior Manager - Product (Core Cards) in its Cards & Payment Division (Digital Banking Group), Band-7 to Band-5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Females, minorities, differently abled persons and transgender persons are encouraged to apply.

• Develop the Core Card Program across the end-to-end card lifecycle
• Initiate new product development, enhancement and innovation projects
• Own Core Cards product strategy, planning and execution
• Manage P&L for Core Card products to meet revenue and cost targets
• Develop cross-sell programs for existing customers
• Manage channels for card requests including website and mobile banking
• Manage relationships with card networks such as MasterCard, PayPak and VISA

• Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university

• Required experience: 7 – 9 years
• Minimum 07 to 09 years of experience; preference for 5 years of relevant banking experience
• Experience accepted from: Banking

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 26 Oct 2026.
