Senior Officer - Field Operations (Female)

Contract position under the Project Management & Implementation Unit, Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh, established under Sindh Social Protection Authority, Social Protection Department, Government of Sindh. Project assisted by the World Bank through IDA Loan/Credit No. IDA/7229-PK. Recruitment is purely on contract basis and positions will be filled as per World Bank guidelines. Preference will be given to Sindh domicile holders. One vacancy each in the districts of Badin, Dadu, Ghotki, Jacobabad, Jamshoro, Khairpur, Matiari, Mirpurkhas, Naushahro Feroze, Shaheed Benazirabad, Shikarpur, Sujawal, Sukkur, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tharparkar, Thatta, Umerkot. The recruitment is conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) on behalf of Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA).

• Bachelor's - 16 Years Education in Economics / Development Studies / Sociology / Social Work Administration, in Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Economics, Development Studies, Sociology/Social Work Administration or related field from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience demonstrating operations management at field level
• Experience developing and implementing field operations including supervision and monitoring
• Excellent command on MS Office and preferably project scheduling and project management software
• Written and oral fluency in Urdu and English, Sindhi a big plus
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative multi-tier team environment
• Open to Female candidates.

• Minimum five years of post-qualification experience in public and/or private sector with provincial, national or international organizations demonstrating operations management at field level
