• Bachelor - BSc Urban Planning Transport, BSc Transport Engineering, in Urban Planning Transport / Transport Engineering, recognised by HEC
• BSc (Second Division) in Urban Planning Transport or Transport Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission
• Three years experience in Transport Planning or Transport Engineering from a public or private sector organization

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Three years experience in Transport Planning or Transport Engineering from a public or private sector organization. Only practical experience acquired after the prescribed qualification is considered.
