• Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's degree (16 years schooling) from a University recognized by the HEC OR Second Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's degree (14 years schooling) from a University recognized by the HEC with two (2) years post qualification experience in the field of Accounts / Administration
