Categories: (A) Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics=2 (Bachelors of Engineering in the relevant subject or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by HEC), (B) Computer Science / Information Technology=1 (Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, OR Second Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's Degree (4 years duration) in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent). Total 3. Domicile / Quota: Punjab (Open Merit)=Two and Sindh (Rural) (Open Merit)=One. Place of posting: Rawalpindi / Anywhere in Pakistan. PEC registration required where applicable. Candidates must clearly indicate the category (A) or (B) for which they apply; separate online application and separate fee is required for each category. The recruitment is conducted by Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) on behalf of Ministry of Defence.
Eligibility criteria
- Master's or Bachelor's - Bachelor of Engineering, Master, Bachelor (4 years duration), in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC, PEC
- Category (A): Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by HEC
- Category (B): Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, OR Second Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's Degree (4 years duration) in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent from a University recognized by HEC
- PEC registration required, where applicable
