Video Animator/ Photographer

Video Animator / Photographer at the Punjab Information Technology Board, producing video, photography and animated content for MSME e-commerce programmes.

• Shoot promotional and training videos for MSMEs and local businesses for programme awareness
• Set up lighting, staging and backgrounds to showcase product features
• Work with graphic designers and animators for multimedia content creation
• Manage video editing and post-production using professional tools
• Capture high-quality product photography for use on e-commerce platforms
• Organize and maintain the multimedia asset library
• Coordinate with MSMEs and local businesses for custom shoots at e-commerce hubs or external locations
• Maintain and manage equipment including cameras, tripods and lighting
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand and quality standards
• Train MSMEs or centre staff on basic photography techniques
• Create animated explainer videos for MSME products and services
• Script, storyboard and animate motion graphics
• Use tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate and Blender
• Tailor animation style to brand identity and target audience
• Add sound effects, voiceovers and subtitles
• Maintain quality standards and originality
• Develop templates for repeatable animation formats
• Archive animated assets for reuse and reference

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
