Case No.F.4-170/2026-R (3/2026). Workshop Engineer (BS-17), Temporary but likely to be continued for an indefinite period, Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Ministry of Defence. Domicile / Quota: Punjab (Open Merit). Place of posting: Karachi / Anywhere in Pakistan. The recruitment is conducted by Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) on behalf of Ministry of Defence.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - B.E, B.Sc. Engineering, in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, recognised by HEC, PEC
- B.E / B.Sc. Engineering / equivalent qualification in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent from a University recognized by HEC
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
Experience required
- No prior experience is required for this post.
Age limit
- All candidates: 22 – 30 years (+5 years relaxation)
- Age is counted on the closing date, 31 Aug 2026.
