The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) is the primary semi-autonomous provincial tax collection agency under the Government of Punjab, Pakistan, chiefly responsible for administering, collecting, and enforcing Punjab Sales Tax on Services (PST). Established under the Punjab Revenue Authority Act 2012, the institution plays a critical role in expanding the province's tax base and boosting its fiscal self-reliance. As of late 2026, under the leadership of Chairman Moazzam Iqbal Sipra, the authority is undergoing rapid digital modernization, expanding its enforcement officers across the district level and deploying a Digital Central Monitoring Cell to eliminate tax evasion.
