Admin Officer

Admin Officer at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, managing office administration, assets and logistics for the Corporate Services wing.

• Manage office administration tasks: assets, inventory, travel arrangements and vendor coordination
• Coordinate meetings, event logistics and fleet scheduling
• Maintain files, records and correspondence tracking for the Corporate Services wing
• Support procurement case processing, RFQs and contract documentation as required

• Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) in Arts, Science or Commerce, in Arts, Commerce, Science, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) in Arts/Science/Commerce from an HEC-recognized university
• Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
• MS Office and record keeping
• Procurement documentation basics
• Multi-tasking and follow-up

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• At least 7 years of administration/operations experience in foreign funded projects
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 26 – 45 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 12 Nov 2026.
