About this vacancy
Operations Manager at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, managing office administration, facilities, transport and vendor contracts.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage office administration, facilities, utilities, transport pool and security and janitorial contracts on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate event, workshop, hackathon and conference logistics with the Partnerships and Ecosystem Wing
- Maintain the asset register, stores and inventory in compliance with the Punjab Public Financial Management Act 2022
- Operate the Unit's internal service standards, correspondence and records management and support business-continuity arrangements
- Deputize for the Head of Operations and supervise support staff rostering and performance
Eligibility criteria
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution/university
- Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
- Office, facilities and vendor management
- Asset and inventory control
- Event and logistics coordination
- Records management and reporting
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- At least 10 years in operations, administration or facilities management, preferably in a public-sector or project environment
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
Age limit
