• Coordinate and execute maintenance contracts while adhering to budget
• Develop long-term facility plans and lead projects with effective team management
• Apply analytical, decision-making and leadership skills to optimize facility performance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including employees, management and vendors
• Ensure timely execution and monitoring of DC facility maintenance contracts within budget
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of assets, contracts and maintenance records

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Computational Science, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering/Sciences, Electrical Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
