Programme Officer (Operations & Client Training)

Programme Officer (Operations) at the Punjab Information Technology Board, coordinating client requirements, capacity building and content operations.

• Organize and conduct meetings with clients to record their requirements and draft an initial requirement document
• Coordinate with internal teams and departmental resources for capacity building and content uploading or updating
• Follow up with clients to expedite processes
• Close coordination with Programme Managers and the development team for implementation
• Work in liaison with client departments to facilitate them in resolving queries pre and post launch
• Give trainings to officials and stakeholders

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 24 – 45 years
