Assistant Programme Officer (Operations) at the Punjab Information Technology Board, improving operational systems and supporting system rollout.

• Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission, specifically supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT and Finance) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
• Identify goals and objectives of the project and report regularly to the DG / Joint Director
• Provide training to clients on developed systems if required
• Monitor system usage and identify issues
• Close coordination with all software engineers for implementation
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team for seamless implementation

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC

• Required experience: At least 1 year
• Minimum 1 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
