AI Product / Deployment Manager

AI Product / Deployment Manager at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, owning discovery through post-launch product health for pillar AI use-cases. 6 posts.

• Lead problem discovery with departments: user research, process mapping, data assessment and definition of the problem statement and success metrics for each use-case
• Write product requirement documents, user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain and prioritize the pillar's product backlog
• Run delivery ceremonies with AI/Data Engineers and outsourced developers; make scope and trade-off decisions to protect timelines and quality
• Design and execute pilots with clear evaluation protocols; analyze results and prepare recommendations for scale-up
• Own post-launch product health: adoption metrics, model performance monitoring with engineering, user feedback loops and iteration roadmaps
• Prepare demos, release notes and adoption/change-management materials for departmental users

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science, in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a closely related technical field from an HEC-recognized university
• Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
• Product discovery and requirements engineering
• Agile/scrum delivery with engineering teams
• Data literacy: SQL, analytics, experiment design, model evaluation basics
• Familiarity with LLM/ML product patterns, prompt and evaluation workflows
• UX sensibility and user research
• Crisp written and verbal communication

• Required experience: At least 4 years
• At least 4 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 years in product management of software, data or AI products; demonstrated record of shipping products to production
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
