Analyst (Photogrammetry)

Online applications are invited for vacant positions under various development projects of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on contract basis. Candidates must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of Directorate General of Archaeology & Museums (DOAM), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Bachelor's - BS (Hons) in Geoinformatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or equivalent, in Civil Engineering, Geoinformatics Engineering, recognised by Recognized University
• BS (Hons) Degree in Geoinformatics Engineering or Civil or Architectural Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
• Proficiency in photogrammetry software such as Agisoft Metashape, Reality Capture, Pix4Dmapper and 3DF Zephyr
• Skilled in laser scanning and LIDAR operations including data capture and processing using FARO, Leica or Trimble systems
• Experience in point cloud registration and alignment using Leica Cyclone, FARO Scene and Cloud Compare
• Competent in 3D modeling and mesh processing with Blender, 3ds Max, Re Cap Pro, Rhino and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of georeferencing and visualization tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, Unreal Engine and Unity for VR or AR integration
• Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications
• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee
• Applications received after due dates will not be entertained
• Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents or information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview
• In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in photogrammetry, drone mapping or spatial data processing preferably in heritage, architecture or environmental documentation projects

• All candidates: 18 – 35 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 10 Sept 2026.

An upper limit of 35 years means you must not have reached that age on the date age is counted. A relaxation applies only to the candidates the advertisement names, with the proof it asks for.

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test on the credentials provided. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process he or she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip and no separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal or courier means.

The test is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Roll number slips and test dates are announced on their official website - check it rather than waiting to be contacted.
