Area Manager

The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Area Manager in its Branch Banking-North (Consumer Banking Group), Band-6 to Band-4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. • Achieve monthly CASA and total deposit targets of the area
• Meet high net worth individuals and corporate customers to grow deposits
• Tap target market and introduce the bank to potential customers
• Follow up with area branch staff on assigned targets
• Achieve business KPIs as per balanced scorecard
• Improve branch efficiency, workflow and QA audit category
• Ensure compliance with operational risk policies and improve customer service

• Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university

• Required experience: 7 – 9 years
• Minimum 07 to 09 years of experience; preference for 5 years of relevant banking experience
• Experience accepted from: Banking

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 23 Oct 2026.
