Assistant Director (Research, Data & Evaluation)

Assistant Director (Research, Data & Evaluation) for the Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities under Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal Punjab.

• Design and conduct social surveys and health assessments relating to persons with disabilities
• Collect, compile and statistically analyse programme and registration data
• Develop research methodologies and survey instruments for the Council
• Prepare evaluation reports and evidence to support Council decision making
• Maintain data systems and reporting for the Council

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Statistics, Data Science, Sociology or Public Health, in Statistics, Data Science, Sociology, Public Health, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree (16 years education) in Statistics, Data Science, Sociology, Public Health or a related field

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection, statistical analysis, survey design or research methodologies, particularly in social surveys or health assessments
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations

• All candidates: 21 – 35 years
