About this vacancy
NUST invites online applications for the post of Assistant Professor - Construction Engineering and Management at NUST Balochistan Campus, Department of Civil Engineering NBC. Job Reference: Job/F13-RA1/10/10/2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no TA/DA admissible.
Duties and responsibilities
- Teaching of UG / PG courses as per defined workload
- Supervise UG/PG students in FYPs and Thesis
- Institutional administrative responsibilities, as required
Eligibility criteria
- PhD Construction Engineering and Management, PhD Water Resources, PhD GIS, in Civil Engineering, recognised by PEC
- Relevant PEC registration number required
- Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC
- No 3rd Division in academic career
- NUST employees need minimum one year service and NOC from Head of Institution
- Candidates must not be in process of pursuing the required degree
- Candidates must be medically fit
- Govt/Armed Forces employees must apply through parent department
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 1 year
- Minimum 1 year post-PhD teaching experience / Post Doc / field experience
Age limit
- All candidates: 30 – 50 years
