About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Associate Manager - App Administration in its IT Operations & Infrastructure (Information Technology Group), Band-10 to Band-9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure 24x7 availability of core banking and enterprise applications on Linux and Windows
- Administer core applications day-to-day
- Monitor system performance and conduct health checks
- Perform configuration, patching, upgrades and migrations
- Participate in UAT and production deployments
- Manage production and DR application setups and documentation
- Perform log analysis and troubleshoot incidents
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams and vendors
- Guide junior team members
- Perform application sizing and capacity planning
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, recognised by HEC
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
- Preference for Master's degree holders
Experience required
- Required experience: 2 – 4 years
- Minimum 02 to 04 years of banking/non-banking experience with minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 55 years
