About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Associate Manager - Open Banking Channels in its Digital Transformation (Information Technology Group), Band-10 to Band-9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Manage first level support for RAAST, SPARROW and PAYSYS applications
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain MIS of reported issues
- Log and track issues on vendor and SBP portals
- Resolve complaints from CRM, SBP Sunwai and ITG Helpdesk
- Support UAT and testing
- Verify newly added companies on RAAST
- Ensure DR and UAT environment readiness
- Ensure compliance of audit, VAPT and SBP mandates
- Manage IDs of SPARROW application
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, recognised by HEC
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
- Preference for Master's degree holders
Experience required
- Required experience: 2 – 4 years
- Minimum 02 to 04 years of banking/non-banking experience with minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
Age limit
