The Office of the Commissioner, Malakand Division invites applications through ETEA from eligible candidates holding domicile of the districts of Malakand Division for permanent sanctioned posts in the Commissioner Office and the Revenue Wing. Appointments will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the rules laid down by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the quota specified by the Provincial Government will be observed. This post is Computer Operator (BPS-16), 02 positions. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of Office of the Commissioner, Malakand Division, Saidu Sharif, Swat.

• Bachelor's - BCS (Four Years), BIT (Four Years), BA with One Year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT), BSc with One Year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT), in Computer Science, Information Technology, recognised by Recognized University / Board of Technical Education
• At least Second Class four year Bachelor's degree (BCS/BIT) in Computer Science or Information Technology from any recognized university, together with a typing speed of 40 WPM
• OR at least Second Class Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) from any approved university together with a one year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from a recognized Board of Technical Education, and a typing speed of 40 WPM
• Only candidates holding domicile of a Malakand Division district (Swat, Upper Swat, Shangla, Buner, Malakand, Dir Lower, Dir Upper, Lower Chitral or Bajaur) are eligible to apply
• A separate application must be submitted for each post when applying for more than one post
• Original documents must be produced on the day of the interview
• All appointments will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the rules laid down by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Candidates working in Government and Semi-Government organizations must submit applications through their department
• The quota specified by the Provincial Government will be observed in these posts
• Incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will not be considered
• Legal action will be taken against candidates found to have submitted forged degrees or certificates
• No TA/DA will be given for the test or interview

• No prior experience is required for this post.

• All candidates: 18 – 28 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 30 Sept 2026.
• Age relaxation is allowed as per government rules; the advertisement does not give the figures.

An upper limit of 28 years means you must not have reached that age on the date age is counted. A relaxation applies only to the candidates the advertisement names, with the proof it asks for.

All candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. If a candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, he or she will be declared ineligible for recruitment at any stage. Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the ETEA screening test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test and interview, and original documents must be produced on the day of the interview. Intimation of the interview will be given only through SMS to the mobile number provided, and all responsibility in this regard rests with the candidate. All information about the ETEA screening test will be given on the Roll Number Slip. No separate call letter for the screening test will be sent by post or courier.
