Consultant – Data Analytics / Data Science engaged on contract in SPPS-III with the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Collect data sets from various sources and form a data bank of data collection and management
- Collect and conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
- Develop reports and present findings to all stakeholders including senior management
- Cross work with economists, planners and IT specialists to ensure integration of data driven insights
- Assess the impacts of policies through data analysis and frame concrete recommendations
- Interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Carry out any other task assigned by Secretary, PD&SI
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BS Data Science, BS Computer Science, BS Statistics, BS Economics, BS Business Analytics and other related degrees as listed in the advertisement, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as listed in the advertisement
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics and data science
